Neil Strauss gets Married

It looks like the skinny Godfather of Pickup Artistry, Neil Strauss, best-selling author of, “The Game,” is getting married to model, Ingrid De La O. 

The Game sold millions of copies world-wide and is responsible for creating a men’s movement and seduction industry that thrives today. If it weren’t for his book, I would probably be lonely, fat and serving tables for tips instead of writing this blog and travelling the world running bootcamps.

His bachelor party was also a memoriam for his alter-ego, “Style,” the self-made ladies man. Whatever. You’ll always be Style.

Some guys just want to wear a ring. They want to say they were married. And when they get divorced, like fifty percent of North Americans marriages do, they can say, “My ex wife, blah, blah, blah.” It’s like getting married and divorced is some right of passage towards middle age.

Not every guy gets into seduction to lay as many women as possible. Some want wives and kids and the picket fence. I suppose Neil has banged his share since becoming  a world famous author. Married though? Ouch. One woman forever. Maybe she’s bi. I’d hope Neil would have the foresight. That and a pre-nup. Unless she’s the rich one.
